- Services do not provide 24-hour care.
- Services do not replace natural supports.
You may be eligible for Community benefits if you meet both financial and medical requirements (Nursing Facility Level of Care - NFLOC).

Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) Services:
EPSDT is intended to provide medically necessary health services including preventive, treatment and ameliorative services for eligible recipient under 21 years of age:
