Centennial Care offers coverage for children, pregnant women, families with children, elderly, adults with disabilities and children with disabilities.

If you think you might be eligible for services, you can apply for Centennial Care with the State of New Mexico.

You can apply for Centennial Care services and enroll in a health plan several ways.
